Ladys Mantle

The Alchemilla 'Lady's Mantle', Alchemilla mollis, is a brilliant foamy clusters of tiny, star like flowers with velvety soft olive-green leaves. The flower color ranges from yellow to green and blooms in late spring to early summer.

The foliage catches and holds water drops while sparkling in the sun. 'Lady's Mantle' will grow well in sun or shade in rich, moist, well-drained areas.

If you live in an climate where summer temperatures are too high, grow in partial to full shade.

It is best used for edging with Coral Bells, Geraniums or Hostas, or en masse around a base of a tree or shrub to hide bare stems.
