Customer Agrees
These terms and conditions are intended to govern your use of the Plantify website. By entering this site you are indicating that you acknowledge and accept:
Access to site
You must be twenty-one (21) years old to access this site to purchase CBD products from this site, or of legal age to purchase CBD products in the state where you live. If you are not of legal age, you must exit this site at once. It is your sole responsibility to determine if you are of legal age to purchase CBD products sold on this site. All other items sold on this website have no restrictions on the age of the buyer.
Shipping Information
Plantify ships all items in the 48 contiguous states using the best shipping method available at the time of shipment. We guarantee that all orders are packed with care and in a manner that offers safe and undamaged delivery. This is especially true of our plant material orders. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ORDERS IN TRANSIT, LOST ORDERS, OR ORDERS STOLEN FROM THEIR DESTINATIONS. If you have problems please contact customer service at Plantify within 48 hours of receiving your order and a claim will be started. You may need to hold the packing material for 7 days if the carrier wishes to inspect it.
Data Collection
By placing an order, the customer recognizes that we need to collect information about the customer to complete the sales transaction, make delivery, offer additional suggestions of items, and improve customer service. By doing so, Plantify has a right to collect and maintain this information about the customer to complete the transaction. We will not collect information that is not needed.
Customer Data
We will retain customer information for 36 months. You may request that we delete your information at any time by contacting customer service at Plantify.
Condition of Sale
Once sales are completed, your item is removed from inventory, and your credit card is charged immediately. You agree that the order can be completed and delivered without a signature. Our carriers will leave packages unless other arrangements are made with the carrier by the customer.
Wrong Item
Every effort is made to pick the right item for your order. If an error occurs, please contact customer service at Plantify within 48 hours of receipt and corrections will be addressed.
Canceling an Order
Requests to cancel an order need to be placed by calling 1-715-898-2273.
Product Description
Plantify attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete, or current. If you have a question please contact customer service at info@letsplantify.com.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please contact Plantify if you have a question about your order.
Dispute Clause
Any dispute related to any activity on Plantify or purchase of our product shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the state of Wisconsin.
