Crimini / Portabella Mushroom Kit

Did you know an immure Portobello Mushroom is a Crimini? Once is has reached 4" to 6" diameter it is deemed a Portobello. As one of the most favorable of mushrooms, portobellos in the U.S. have become the "vegetarian meat". Grilled they have a very meaty texture and are served grilled as salad toppings and even as a burger. They are also a perfect companion for polenta and can be stuffed and baked as well.

Once these mushrooms start growing just sit back and watch them grow, they can double in size in only 24 hours. Our Mushroom Kits: Grow your own delicious mushrooms at home with these ready to grow kits.
