Visions in White Astilbe

The Astilbe chinensis Visions in White, 'Astilbe chinensis PPAF', produces a multitude of large, fragrant, soft, white, triangular flowers that float above bronze-green foliage for weeks.

The 'Visions in White' is a robust plant with linen-white plumes that offer a striking contrast against the mound of glossy, dark bronze green, lacy foliage.

Astilbe needs well drained, but moist and highly organic soil; humus forest gardens are a perfect example of where these plants will thrive, but these will tolerant drier soils than other Astilbe. They are disease, deer and rabbit resistant.
